Where Does CFS Marketing Have an Office?
CFS Marketing has one office: 5000 Riverside Dr, Bldg 6, Suite 100E-185, Irving, TX 75039, in Las Colinas. It is the only address we operate from, and it is the address on our Google Business Profile. We don't list offices in cities where we don't have one.

Does CFS Marketing Work With Dallas Businesses?
Yes. Dallas is our main service area outside Irving. The Las Colinas office sits west of Dallas on SH-114, so Dallas clients can come to Irving or have Cesar come to them. Two services have their own Dallas pages:

How Do In-Person Meetings Work?
In-person meetings with CFS Marketing are by appointment only. Request a time through the contact page, and Cesar Soto will confirm a slot at the Irving office or, for DFW clients, at your office.
What a first meeting usually covers:
- Your goals and how you measure a good lead or customer today.
- A look at your Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console or Business Profile, if you bring access.
- A short written list of what to fix first, whether or not you hire us.
Many clients mix formats: an in-person kickoff, video check-ins, and an in-person review each quarter. Clients outside DFW do all of this by video.

Can You Work With CFS Marketing if You're Outside Texas?
Yes. Most of the work, from SEO and AI search to Google Ads and conversion tracking, runs inside your own accounts, so it doesn't depend on where you are. Remote clients get the same strategist, the same monthly reporting in leads and cost per lead, and the same rule that the accounts stay in your company's name. Can I walk in to the Irving office?
Meetings at the Irving office are by appointment only. Book through the contact page so Cesar can set aside time and review your accounts before you arrive.
Do I have to meet in person to work with CFS Marketing?
No. In-person meetings are an option for DFW clients, not a requirement. Clients across the US work with CFS Marketing entirely by video, with the same reporting and the same strategist.
Which services can I get in Dallas?
All five: SEO, AI search optimization, Google Ads, GA4 and conversion tracking, and fractional CMO services. Google Ads and fractional CMO have their own Dallas pages, and the Dallas page covers the other three.
