What Information Do We Collect?

We collect the information you choose to give us, plus basic information about how you reached and used the site.

Plan quiz answers: the service you're interested in, the rough value of a customer, your current marketing budget, what prompted your search, your role and your timing.
Contact details you enter: name, email, company, website, phone number, competitors you list and any message you write.
How you found us: the page you landed on, the referring website, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters and the Google Ads click ID, gclid).
Site usage: pages viewed, quiz steps completed and similar events, collected through Google Analytics 4 using cookies or similar technology.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We use your information to respond to you and to run our business. Specifically:

To prepare and send the plan, audit, checklist or reply you asked for.
To decide the most useful next step for you, such as a call, an email reply or a free audit.
To understand which pages, searches and campaigns bring in useful inquiries, so we can improve the site and our advertising.
To send occasional marketing tips if you request the checklist. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Who Else Processes Your Information?

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle inquiries:

Google (Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Analytics 4) stores inquiries, sends email, schedules calls and measures site usage.
Our web host serves the website and keeps standard server logs.
Our email newsletter provider sends the checklist and newsletter, if you request them.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

How Long Do We Keep It?

We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful for responding to you and managing a working relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

What Are Your Choices?

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Use the contact form at /contact/ and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

How Do We Protect It?

We limit access to inquiry information to Cesar Soto, use accounts protected by two-factor authentication, and serve the site over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date above.
